The Village Spa hydrotherapy experience starts with the steam room to detoxify the body, followed by a quick immersion in an ice-cold plunge pool before stepping into a hot jacuzzi with hydromassage, and lastly a quick soak in a warm water jacuzzi to regulate the body temperature prior to treatment in the cabin.

• How long is a hydrotherapy session?

  Hydrotherapy sessions last between 40 and 60 minutes and will help prepare the body, mind, and soul to begin the journey to the full Village Spa relaxation experience. Therefore, you are asked to arrive one hour prior to your appointment time to make full use of the circuit and experience the most revitalizing sensations through the temperature contrasts that bring different benefits to the body.

  Yes, there is a beauty salon at Village Spa with services that include: mani-pedis with gel polish, hair treatments, shampoo, and blow-drying. It also offers professional makeup.
