Imagine a transcendent Yoga experience on the pier facing the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You will begin with some gentle stretches and then focus on synchronizing your postures with your breath, guided by a motivational instructor. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, everyone can practice yoga, so come to merge your mind, body and spirit in a beautiful setting. We provide mats, so all you have to do is come ready to start the day yogi-style!

Dress code: Sports clothing.

Recommendations: Have an early breakfast. Don’t come with a full stomach. Bring a bottle of water.
