All reservations must be identified as part of the social group at time of booking. Unidentified reservations are not eligible for benefits.
A rooming list must be provided at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Complimentary suite applies in the lead category only and requires a minimum booking of 7 rooms under the All-Inclusive plan. Maximum of two complimentary suites per group.

Priority group check-in applies when arrivals are scheduled within a coordinated 3-hour window and must be arranged in advance.

Group experience requires a minimum 72-hour advance reservation. Schedule and location are assigned based on resort availability and may vary by destination and season.
Kids stay and eat free according to resort policy and seasonal restrictions. Applicable when sharing room with paying adults under the All-Inclusive plan.
