With every new year comes new challenges, and 2017 is sure to be no different. Fortunately, we look forward to taking them on with a smile so that your experiences are nothing short of spectacular. We are excited to introduce exciting additions in every area, especially within the Food and Beverage department, where we will be striving to wow your taste buds in each of our restaurants with innovative menus that have met the incredibly high standards of our chefs and managers. Our unique Perfect Plate program, which has been designed to aid our chefs in consistently serving the perfect dish, will be fully phased in by 2017. As far as our breathtaking facilities are concerned, you will notice larger terraces within the common areas around the pools that usher in a feeling of serenity and spaciousness, while new poolside furniture will make your time spent lounging better than ever.
Lastly, of course, is our faithful devotion to you, our valued guests, and our desire to provide you with a terrific stay is still of utmost importance in 2017 as we focus on exemplary service, further growth and a cheerful attitude that is downright contagious!

The UNESCO archaeological site of Chichen Itza holds special festivities every year, and you will find a smaller-scale ceremony at the El Meco ruins located a quick 10 minutes walking distance from the resort. |
