There are many ways that the beachfront resort strives to make every visit as wonderful as the day the resort opened its doors, and a big part of maintaining this high level of excellence is through regular improvements to the property. Thanks to regularly scheduled maintenance that focuses on specific areas around the resort, guests and members are able to enjoy the amenities of the property with minimal disruption. This year’s annual maintenance will zero in on upgrades at the world-class Village Spa as well as improvements to the resort’s main pool.
Improvements at the Village Spa
The elegant atmosphere at the Village Spa has already seen some improvements including a new floor, plus repairs and replacements to the palapa roofs found on the spa cabins and changing rooms. Perhaps the most celebrated new addition to the spa, though, is the pergola that was recently built over the hydrotherapy circuit, which allows you to take advantage of the wet areas even when there happens to be rainy weather.
Further planned renovations will include changes to the spa’s reception area in addition to relocating the massage cabins found in the beach zone; they will soon be placed in an area close to the sea that offers more seclusion and privacy.
Updates to the Pool
The resort decided that this season, the main pool deserved a makeover, which involved draining it in order to replace the tiles for a fresh, updated look guests will undoubtedly love. These improvements required a great deal of manpower to successfully complete such a major renovation, with 20 people dedicated to working on the project to ensure the pool was open again by the date which had already been predetermined. It also required 1,480 cubic meters of water to fill the pool back up in preparation for guest use. Throughout the process, the team working on this job was extremely aware of the comfort and safety of the guests who were staying at the resort, careful to create as little disturbance to them as possible.
