Ratings are based on overall scores in several categories and a 5-point rating scale from poor to excellent is used to rate resorts on everything from rooms to activities and food to facilities. There are additional questions such as whether the resort sought out ways to improve the guest experience and how well it did protecting guests from sickness during COVID-19. Travelers can vote on Conde Nast Traveler´s website as many times as they wish and they will be entered into the sweepstakes to win a sailing trip for two with Viking Cruises every time they submit a completed rating or invite a friend to vote.
