Our fully qualified resident medic, Dr. Torres is on hand to deal with those unfortunate ailments and incidents when you need general medical assistance. Outside the stipulated consultation times, Dr. Torres is available on call 24 hours a day with a response time of 20 minutes, should the need arise.
Our resident doctor is able to deal with any general concerns such as ongoing medical conditions that may have worsened during your vacation, misplaced medication, or perhaps an allergic reaction. Just call reception to make an appointment.
In the case of more serious medical assistance or specialized concerns, Villa del Palmar Cancun has links with Amerimed and Galenia private hospitals, which offer exceptional medical services.
