The Art of Coffee Mixology: Cafexología
Join in the fun of Cafexología, which is the art of coffee mixology, and indulge your coffee habit like never before. This activity will help you learn more about the various properties of coffee as you sample a variety of coffee beans which are combined with a range of ingredients, including some that even incorporate alcohol! Taking part in Cafexología is sort of like sampling different types of cocktails, except that coffee happens to be the star ingredient here.
Expert Coffee Guidance
Each Cafexología activity during the month of April will be led by a coffee expert who will guide you through a variety of flavors and aromas on your journey to a deeper knowledge and appreciation of the widely popular drink. The activities will be held at Zamá Restaurant and the Deli. Every guest can enjoy the standard Cafexología activity free of charge, although you will also have the option of upgrading for a fee (which will soon be announced) to the Premium version which includes ingredients from premium labels. Special Coffee Menu
In addition to the Cafexología activity, the resort will also be offering a specialty coffee menu in April that will feature a wide variety of different coffee-based drinks. They will be available at the restaurants throughout the resort as well as the deli.
