At the heart of any restaurant is its kitchen and that is why Villa del Palmar Cancun chose the kitchen of La Casona Steak House for a starting off point for the renovations. With the installation of higher quality stoves and high efficiency appliances, the top chefs of La Casona can more easily prepare the gourmet meals guests have come to expect. The kitchen also received new flooring, a new freezer room and a refrigeration chamber, which provide the optimal environment for storing all of the fresh ingredients that go into each and every one of the delicious dishes prepared at the restaurant.
Villa del Palmar’s design team even decided to overhaul the interior of the dining area, beginning with the foyer and continuing throughout the rest of the bistro. Improvements can be seen in both the inviting décor and sensational comfort of the new design. Modern furniture, freshly painted walls, marble flooring and stylish carpet are all part of the new look, but the highlight is the cooking demonstration area, which was a focal point for the renovations.
