Please take time to read these terms and conditions governing the VillaPalmarCancun.com website. By accessing this website, you agree to accept, without limitation or criterion, all of these terms and conditions of use. The disclaimer does not apply for groups or weddings.
Rates
- Room rates shown on the Villa del Palmar Cancún Luxury Beach Resort & Spa website are charged on a per room per night basis.
- Special Internet rates are only valid when booking through VillaPalmarCancun.com.
- All rates quoted in US dollars will be converted into local currency (MXN) upon settlement.
- All rates include Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes.
- Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Hotel Reservations
- Bookings may be made online at www.VillaPalmarCancun.com, through our call center or calling us directly at 1 800 931 4608 (USA/CAN).
- Reservations are required prior to arrival.
- Reservations are only valid with a Guarantee Deposit.
- Reservation inquiries are not confirmed automatically and will be replied to within 2 working days.
- To ensure your check-in is as smooth and secure as possible, all reservations made on the official Villa del Palmar Cancún website require presenting the same credit card used to confirm the booking, as well as a valid ID, upon arrival.
Hotel + Flight Reservations
Flight and accommodation booking policy
MAARLAB RETHINKING SLU, with tax identification number B76811868, ATOL licence number 12023 and registered address at C/ Ramón y Cajal, 53, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Tenerife), acts as a travel agency organising combined flight + hotel packages, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The following are the conditions applicable to combined travel bookings (flight + hotel) managed by MAARLAB through the booking engine enabled on this site:
With regard to air travel
- Non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation or modification of the contracted services may generate management and cancellation fees to be paid by the holder of the booking, as well as, where applicable, the payment of the amounts reported for such cases, subject to the fare conditions.
- Regarding accommodation
- Free cancellation policy according to the rate selected, where applicable.
Transportation booking conditions
- Refunds: Transportation is non-refundable. · Online check-in: To avoid additional costs and save time at the airport, we recommend that you use the airline's online check-in, which is usually available on the airline's website 24-48 hours before the scheduled flight departure. Please contact us if you need our assistance. Transit visa: An airport transit visa may be required when you have booked connecting flights. If you do not have the necessary visas, the airlines may not allow you to board. Connecting flights: When traveling with multiple airlines, you generally have to collect your baggage and re-check it at each airport. As this means you must leave the airport transit area, please be aware that the risk of visa complications is higher.
- Extra baggage fees are non-refundable. NOTE: If baggage purchase is not available during the booking process, please contact the airline for extra baggage.
- For flights, we recommend checking in online using the airline's website to avoid extra charges and confirm your flight information with the airline.
- The fare you have purchased may include the option to choose your seat. You can do this once you have made your reservation with your booking reference number on the airline's website.
ATOL Financial Protection (Only for departures from the United Kingdom).
“Your Financial Protection: When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or a vacation that includes a flight with us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This indicates what is financially protected, where you can get information about what this means for you, and who to contact if something goes wrong.”
We, or the suppliers identified in your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed in the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier can do so for reasons of insolvency, another ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have purchased or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree that in such circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will fulfill those obligations and you agree to pay any outstanding amount you owe under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or to your credit card issuer where applicable)."
If we, or the suppliers identified in your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the listed services (or a suitable alternative, through another ATOL holder or otherwise) due to insolvency, the Air Travel Compensation Fund Trustees may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in exchange for such payment or benefit, you will assign absolutely to those Trustees any claim you have or may have as a result of or in connection with the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agency (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claim may be reassigned to another body if that other body has paid sums that you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. CST
- Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. CST
- Rates subject to change.
- Third kid onwards on All-inclusive will generate extra charge that mus be paid at arrival.
- Kids with no cost 0 - 3 years old.
- Persons from 13 years old or more pay as an adult.
- Property Suitable for Children.
- Pets are not Allowed.
- Late Checkout -$70.us Until 6pm, per person in AI plan,
- Late Checkout $70 us Until 6pm per room in EP, subject to availability
Guarantee deposit policy
- A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, although subject to change depending on the season booked (holidays and special dates may require more than one night deposit or the total balance prepaid). The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive to the hotel, at frontdesk. Guarantee deposit must be made through the next 24-hours after your reservation has been completed.
- Your deposit should be transferred to Villa del Palmar Cancún Luxury Beach Resort & Spa confirming your payment by emailing a copy of your transfer receipt.
- Packages and Special reservations are subject to a fifty percent guarantee deposit with the remaining balance due at check-in.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Payment
A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. All payments must be made to Villa del Palmar Cancun. Credit card information will be used confidentially for processing. A Guarantee Deposit covering the room rate, taxes, services, meals, and any extras requested is required to confirm the reservation.
To process the payment of your reservations on this website, American Sabio LLC acts as the merchant of record on behalf of Tafer Resorts. Therefore, by booking and paying for your reservations through the website, you accept and acknowledge the foregoing.
Change, cancellation and No-Show policy
- Changes to your reservation and confirmation thereof is subject to room availability.
- Cancellations or changes must be made 3 or more days before arrival to avoid a 1 room night or full stay charge. View cancellation fees for more details.
- Villa del Palmar Cancún Luxury Beach Resort & Spa reserves the right to debit your credit card with a cancellation fee equal to a set number of reserved nights.
Cancellation fees are based on the season:
- High season: Cancellations or changes must be made 14 or more days before arrival to avoid a 2 rooms nights.
- Peak season: Cancellations or changes must be made 45 or more days before arrival to avoid full stay charge.
- Low season: Cancellations or changes must be made 3 or more days before arrival to avoid a 1 room nights.
Our Seasons
Unless otherwise noted, our booking seasons are
High Season:
- Jan 4 - Apr 1.
- Jul 15 - Aug 20.
- Jan 4 - Apr 20.
- Jul 15 - Aug 12.
Peak Season:
- December 23 to January 3 (Christmas and New Year)
Low season:
Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
- Low Season: 1 night
- High Season: 3 nights
- Peak Season: 5 nights
Cancellations made on the date of arrival or no shows will be subject to a charge for the full length of the reservation. Shortened stays will be subject to a charge for the full length of the reservation. Aforementioned cancellation policy is not valid for non-refundable special promotions.
All-Inclusive Plan
- Children age is under 12 years old.
- Unless otherwise expressly stated, no changes or cancellation will be allowed for promotional bookings.
Hotel Facilities
- Some of the Hotel facilities are free of charge while other incur a surcharge. Please confirm or contact us to avoid misconceptions.
- The Hotel is not and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of the Client or its guests, employees, agents or contractors, or the external suppliers. Safe deposit boxes may be provided by the Hotel for the Clients use at the sole risk of the Client.
- Some of our rooms are suitable for guests with disabilities. Suitable rooms are listed at each hotel. These rooms have been independently inspected. If you or any member of your party require special facilities please advise us when you request a booking.
- With the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed.
Restrictions
- You may not bring the following into the Hotel: pets or livestock; pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding; any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes.
- Villa del Palmar Cancún Luxury Beach Resort & Spa reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action.
- Air cameras and drones: for the privacy of all our guests and staff, the use of air cameras and drones is prohibited for use within any of the areas at the hotel, whether that be at the beach, from your suite or any other location throughout the grounds. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Guest behavior
You are expected to conduct yourself at all times in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of any members of your party if we (acting reasonably) deem your conduct to be in breach of this clause.
Conduct that we reasonably consider inappropriate includes but is not limited to:
- Creating an inappropriate level of noise
- Drunken or unruly behavior
- Any behavior which other guests or staff find offensive in any way.
We will at all times act reasonably when making any determination under this clause. In the event that we terminate your booking, you will be required to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
Our obligations to you come to an end when the booking is terminated. We will have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation and we will not pay for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.
We may send you news and information electronically with details of special offers and promotions. An unsubscribe link will be featured on each message we sent to you, should you no longer wish to receive these emails, alternatively you may send a blank email to [email protected] Villa del Palmar Cancún Luxury Beach Resort & Spa will not share your details with any third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
