“Vacation review“
Amazing place! Excellent customer service especially from Sabastain at the pool!! Hands down catered to everything. All staff was amazing. Very family friendly place with multiple bars, pools, restaurants.

“Beautiful and fun family holiday”
We travelled with 7 adults and 5 kids between the ages of 1 and 9. There was so much for all of us to do between the beach, activities, kids club, and the pools. There were a lot of options for the restaurants as well.

“All Star Resort and Wonderful Staff“
The resort is fabulous the staff makes it an A+++ resort. The staff is kind and respectful and so eager to make your stay a memorable one. This is the second time in less than a year we have spent a full week last September and also the last week of May.
Each morning we were greeted at Capricios for breakfast by Cesar Soberanis and Ronaldo Riveira, the two of them make a great team and our coffee was never empty and our juice glass was always refreshed. The positive attitude from these two men make you want to go out and have a great day! Thank you for such great service these two gentleman are topnotch. On our last day at the resort was Cesar and Ronaldo’s day off so we had the pleasure of Edgar Delgado wait on us who was also excellent.
At lunch we went to Zama we had the pleasure of being waited on by Armando Martinez and Rebeca Sandoval each day they were happy to see us and remembered us from our last visit in September. They always had great suggestions for our lunch choices and helped us make great choices and made sure we liked what they suggested. Again lots of positive energy and happy to see guest. Two very charming people.
We had the pleasure of Meryl wait on us each day around the pool, so eager to please and is doing such a great job working on her mastery of the English language. This lady never stopped moving she was in constant movement to deliver water and drinks to guest around the pool area.
Another staff member who takes his job very seriously is the bartender Miguel (day shift bar in front of the steak house) Miguel loves his job and is eager to make sure things are perfect for every guest. He works hard to make sure things are moving quickly for the wait staff that is working around the pool.
The resort is beautiful however the staff creates the beautiful atmosphere for guest to enjoy a great restful vacation!
