Based on customer feedback, this year more than one million accommodation and transportation partners were recognized with a Traveller Review Award for their dedication to outstanding hospitality.
The award winners were selected based on millions of reviews and comments and in its 9th edition, the large number of winners this year attests to the resilience of Booking.com partners, who managed to deliver consistently outstanding hospitality at a time when it mattered more than ever. 2020 was a year marred by the coronavirus pandemic which resulted in many challenges including limited opportunities to travel. With fewer trips possible, for those who did manage to take them, they valued them more.
