The new Family Program is now available to guests of Villa del Palmar Cancun. The aim of the program is to provide families with all the comforts of home while providing tailored amenities, baby and toddler necessities, and entertaining resort activities along with highly personalized service to create outstanding family vacation experiences.
Traveling with the family made easy
The Family Program offers parents the use of all the necessities they might need to enjoy a worry-free vacation with babies and young children. Bouncers, baby bathtubs, strollers, monitors, baby bottle sterilizers, bottle warmers, car seats, and terrace door protectors are available at your request upon making the reservation or can be requested at check-in and are all complimentary. Smaller guests will feel like VIPs with kid-sized robes and slippers to match their parents, available for them to use at the resort during their stay. In addition, every child aged from 4 – 12 will receive personalized keepsakes including a coloring book, a traditional Mexican handcrafted toy, an adventure backpack, and a plush toy.
